Youth & Families

We create opportunities for participants and their families to engage in positive, pro-social activities and help connect them to the additional resources and supports their families may need. This includes an active outreach presence with opportunity youth and families in the New Columbia and Rockwood Apartment communities, as well as in schools across the Portland metropolitan area.

We provide:

• Family Weekend Camps

• Community Meals

• Assistance in navigating systems and locating needed supports

• Outreach presence and engagement with youth after school in New Columbia and Rockwood Apartments
